Security
Gust utilizes some of the most advanced technologies available for Internet security. When you access our site, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe, secure, and available only to registered users in your organization. Your data will be inaccessible to non-authorized users. Gust provides each user in your organization with a unique user name and password that must be entered each time a user logs on (unless the user has activated the "Remember me" feature). Gust issues a session "cookie" only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session "cookie" does not include either the username or password of the user. Gust does not use "cookies" to store other confidential user and session information, but instead implements more advanced security methods based on dynamic data and encoded session IDs.
In addition, gust.com is hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
Disaster Recovery
All of your data is protected and backed-up on a daily basis to ensure business continuity. The system also allows manual export of critical data.
Web-Based
Gust's web-based system is far more secure than sending unencrypted emails and requires authentication for any critical user function.
Deal History
Each deal's activity is logged by the Gust system, providing transparency and an audit-trail for every deal.
Access Control
You can control who has access to new deals as well as provide ad hoc access to a deal to a guest.
